Tribute cards begin with a minimum donation of $18, $25, $50 or $100. Tribute cards are sent on your behalf from The Associates/LAJHealth to the recipient promptly. Card categories include:

- Happy Birthday
- Mazel Tov
- Thank You
- Get Well
DEDICATE A LARGE PRINT BOOK: For a donation of $100, you can dedicate and donate a new large print book to one of our libraries with a special dedication message in the book. The book will be placed in one of three libraries on our campuses. This is especially meaningful when you make a donation in honor or memory of someone special. We will send a card, informing them that a donation has been made in their honor or in memory of a loved one. This is an enduring memory for someone special.
IT’S EASY! To make a Tribute online, just make a donation and be sure to leave the message you would like to share with the recipient in the “Comments” section (with any other instructions).
